Here’s another Anti-Chess sample puzzle: this one’s a bit harder than the last one.
This one’s a HARD (4/5…BRAIN/IQ) Anti-King Killer
(this puzzle was originally classified insane, but is actually easier than the insane puzzles in the book)
Anti-King means that no two cells one king’s move move away from each other in chess can have the same value. In other words, in addition to the rules of regular sudoku, no diagonally adjacent cells can have the same value.
I have posted a visual walkthrough and solution for this puzzle on the forums here

Again a good puzzle. I thought it was insane and doubted I’d be able to do it, but now see it is hard, and it was harder than last week’s. Thanks
I’m glad you’re enjoying them. I have an Anti-Bishop coming up next week, when I’ll start posting Insane as well as Easy-Medium versions of puzzles.
Looking forward to that. I’d like to buy the book, but it doesn’t come in a downloadable version, is that right? To order from US Amazon makes it unnecessarily more expensive for me.
I also uploaded the pdf to Lulu, which offers downloadable versions, but I never made this link public. It is certainly available as a download from there.

Brilliant. Got it. Thanks.
