Saturday Special: Anti-King Anti-Knight Killer Sudoku
Anti-Chess Killer Sudoku contains a few hybrids, which combine multiple anti-chess variants. Here is a sample that is both Anti-King and Anti-Knight, meaning no two cells one king’s move OR one knight’s move away from each other can have the same value.
MEDIUM Version
INSANE Version
The answer to both versions is the same and is here

I thought medium was pretty much insane and insane was almost impossible. Yet I managed
I got the two obvious outies, and then….stumped. I found some relationships between cells (this cell is 7 greater than that cell), and narrowed some digits down to two possible cells, but couldn’t get any further than that. I really have to figure out what I’m missing about these, because they look like great fun.
When may we expect a next one of these chess killer sudoku’s?
I got this one! Took me a while, but when it hit me that the king/knight combination essentially covers a large circle around the digit, it went much better. Hoping to see more of these.
Hey Roland and Aaron, sorry for my lack of response. Out of a desire not to spam djape’s site, I’ve refrained from posting my last few puzzles here, but I will resume seeing as how there is demand for them here 🙂
I have been posting them on a weekly basis on this project’s facebook page (website link)
