I’ve realized that there are several “staple” Sudoku Variants that I’ve never posted here on the main page.
One of them is Hyper Sudoku. Although I never posted a “vanilla” Windoku puzzle (Hyper Sudoku = Windoku), I have posted, for example, a Hyper Samurai Sudoku Windoku.
So… to start rectifying this issue, I will be posting a series of these “basic” Sudoku variants puzzles in the next few days.
The rules of Hyper Sudoku Windoku
– follow the same rules as in classic Sudoku
– in addition: there are 4 “windows” in each puzzle, shaded in grey. Numbers cannot be repeated in any window! Each window must contain all numbers from 1 to 9.
